As an optional add-on, this module gives the ability to manage the access cards and their correlations with permits. With the wireless component the officers can issue tickets directly through the system right at the site. To make Citation process complete, this module provides the ability to appeal the tickets online. This module manages all parking and permit aspects in the system.
