- Incident Reporting Module: Edit an Incident

The all new powerful and elegant and very easy to use, Incident Reporting Module allows an Administrative staff
person with sufficient ParkAdmin privileges to enter and edit information associated to a particular incident.
Officers/Administrators can update an incident’s information or add notes to particular incidents. Additionally,
high-level Administrators have the ability to edit or add new Incident categories and sub-categories, as well as have the ability to merge unknown persons into a known and identified person, once all that information has been resolved.

- Incident Reporting Module: Summary Reports

The Incident Reporting Module has a very simple to use and very flexible and effective summary
reporting feature which gives the Administrator the powers to choose the types of incidents required
for that weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual summary or meeting. All you do is click on the checkbox,
enter your dates and click away. You get the incident counts you need in a flash.

- Administrative Home Page

The titles and information in the center of the page can be changed by one of the Adminstrators on a regular
basis to communicate information to your various, and possibly remote, Administrative staff. Your Admins can do
this by going to the "System Configuration" menu, "Home Page Messages" link.

- Permits Menu: Allocate Lots and Pricing information

This comprehensive permits management menu includes the main tasks necessary for your parking office to complete
their tasks efficiently. Most commonly used tasks include: permit and lot allocation, manage of oversells, edit
permit and lot description or parameters.

- Violations Menu: Enter or Edit Violation Types & Prices
|
|
Easily add, modify or delete the violation types for which your institution writes tickets. You can also set the
default ticket amounts to pay. You can instantly see how many tickets are outstanding against a particular
violation type and the ParkAdmin system is smart enough to deny deletion of any violations that have unpaid
tickets so your institution does not accidentally lose revenue!
When used in conjunction with the "Appeals" menu and "Payments" menu, all parking tickets, their payments,
their due dates, their appeals and summaries can be managed by just a few clicks. No more paper trail to store
and read!
